Don’t blame development for floods in KK, says veteran developer

The Pan Borneo Highway project has been announced by the Malaysian government to connect Sabah and Sarawak. However, there is a bit of controversy over the project where its development plan includes the construction across the Class 1 Tawai Forest Reserve in Telupid. The film portrays conflicts between human, wildlife and development.
