Over the recent years, we've started to question our development model particularly with regards to infrastructure development and how this impacts humans and habitats. We've come to see that Law and Policy plays a fundamental role in how a nation state develops, and have decided to zero in on two topics: the EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) process and Locus Standi.
